We Will Never Forget!!

As we see yet another anniversary pass, now nine in number, the shock and pain of this tragic day in 2001 remains vivid in our memories.  So many innocent lives were needlessly lost, leaving families broken and changing America’s perspective of the world forever.  Yet this day in our history also served to resurrect the “Spirit of America”, which for so many had been lost in the complacency of our personal lives.  It is this same spirit of freedom that continues to stir a feeling of unity among us that gives hope for the future of our country! 


We must never forget the lessons of this tragic event, seeking always to remain engaged in promoting the good and proper image of our great nation.  Every citizen has a role to play in preserving our way of life, if only by remembering or learning our proper history and passing along the lessons to our children.  American has long been the most prosperous nation on earth due to our belief in individual liberties, but we are also, by our very nature, the most compassionate and giving nation on earth.  It comes from our hearts, openly, without coercion by our government. 


On this day, and throughout the year, it’s so very important to also pay tribute to our many men and women in service to this country who protect our way of life every day.  Thank you for your selfless and gallant service to keep us safe and free!  God Bless the families of the 9-11 victims, our military, our firefighters, our law enforcement, and our Nation… today and always!
