I became aware of a national movement going on last summer. Due to its complexity, I decided it was best to wait till I could learn more before passing on the information to fellow 9-12’ers. Well that was 8 months ago, and there are still a lot of kinks that need to be worked out. Instead of waiting longer, I felt it was important that you be made aware of what’s going on. There has been much debate on how to present this……basically there’s no easy way. I’ve done my best to try and lay out as much information as I can in a uniformed process so you can better understand what the fraud is and the possible solutions being put forth to remedy the situation.

Below are several links to watch in the order listed.  I will warn you…..to fully understand, you need to put some time and effort in to the process. The more you participate the more things you will pick up that you might have previously missed. You cannot make an educated decision in a matter of a few meetings or a couple of links. You will have to do some research of your own, study the law, etc. to fully understand. So don’t be fooled by the opinions of those who have not put the proper time into researching. I’ve been watching this movement since last summer, have attended almost every meeting put on by the organization leading this Idaho chapter and I still see there’s a lot that needs to be learned.  I would treat this in the same manner you would as learning a new language. At times you’ll find yourself completely confused and overwhelmed by the information;… just know that going in. 
Currently there are a couple of solutions being worked on. Like most movements, not everyone agrees on the solution and this situation is no different.  You will have to do your own homework and decide which option you think is best, SHOULD you decide to follow.  The 9-12 Project of Idaho is not going to do that for you as they do not see that as being their role.  This is where you need to become self-reliant and decide for yourselves.  I’m trying to keep this as simple as possible so you can follow along. There is certainly an abundance of information available, that’s not listed below, but for simplicity sake, let’s start here.

5. As your understanding becomes more advanced, you’ll learn that our country is run as a corporation. You can go to Duns and Bradstreet and find an EIN numbers for every state and county in the United States.  Currently we are set up as a defacto or corporation. The movement is to restore the Republic back to the dejure. I am only beginning to research “The Restore America Plan,” but my initial research is telling me to be very careful. I encourage everyone to do their own research, but from what I can tell, this is just an advanced version of the type of insanity that crops up on Coast to Coast AM and other sources of unverifiable conspiracy theories. “The Restore America Plan” contains all the typical elements of conspiracy theories: many secrets; support from unspecified ‘high ranking’ military officers; references to infiltration by ‘Jesuits’; charges that the American War for Independence, the American Civil War and World War II were all intentionally caused by shadowy figures connected to ‘banking families’ and the Catholic Church.

Although the group claims to be trying to undo a vast conspiracy that started in 1861, it promises to “do all of the above [their stated goals], and more, peacefully, discreetly, quietly and honorably, behind the scenes, without public proclamations or provocative actions against a general public…” Why would it be done ‘behind the scenes’ and ‘without proclamations’? If even half of what they are alleging is true, it would be the biggest conspiracy in world history. Would not the ending of such a monstrosity be worth proclaiming? Claims that are shrouded in secrecy always throw up red flags for me.

What do they believe? As simply as I can understand it, the group believes that the US became a corporation at the start of the Civil War and that it has remained a corporation ever since. Therefore, almost everything that has happened in the Federal Government since 1861 is unlawful, unconstitutional, etc. They also have problems with the American Bar Association, the IRS, the Federal Reserve, the DMV and a whole host of other government entities and institutions. They claim they can fix all these myriad problems with the help of “high-ranking members of the armed forces” by March 31 of this year. (Or starting on March 31, depending on your source.) They also claim that they can “turn back the clock… while most of the population continues to go about their business unaware and unafraid.” How would ‘most of the population’ be unaware that the IRS had been eliminated, let alone all the other problems they claim to be on the verge of fixing? It seems to me that this clause allows nothing to actually happen, yet they can claim that it has, but you are just ‘unaware’ of it. Another point of concern for me is that some of the wording also makes it seem that the group may oppose National borders: “In place of all of the above, substitute sovereign identification, diplomatic immunity and sovereign passports to facilitate safe passage throughout the world free from corporate State molestation and terror.” Why would ‘fixing’ the US “facilitate safe passage throughout the world”?

The organization is apparently run by an individual who goes by the name of ‘Sam Kennedy.’ My research indicates this is most likely an alias. His real name may be ‘Gene Berkowitz’ or ‘Richard Glenn Unger.’ He has apparently encouraged people to use legal maneuverings to avoid paying income taxes in the past, and some of those people are now in prison. He also apparently says that the information he gives out is “for entertainment purposes only” because what he is saying would be illegal otherwise. I am far from an authority on this issue, but I have had exposure to similar ideas and organizations in the past, and I have always found them to be proven fraudulent in the end. If I am missing something here, please enlighten me.

Thanks for posting this TJ. I was also at that ‘great meeting’ of all the pariot groups. When those guys had the floor, they had my head spinning.  I am not ready to right this off. I am going to learn more about it.

No matter what comes out of this, it’s going to take something unconventional to restore our country.

TJ i knew you were headed down that path last summer when you mentioned it briefly.  As I have said in previous posts the idea that you must learn all the details and minutia of an idea that claims the government became illegal by proclaiming itself a corporation is part of the plan of distraction that evil has taken to muddle things up.

Here is the truth.

Decrees of men can’t take them away.
Getting stuck in “studying” and “educating” is part of the evil sides plan to distract you.
Life is about what you do, not what you study.

Trust in God, these secret oathes and combinations of men have existed since the beginning of time.
They only have power when you give them power.
Even if the sons of liberty have found a grand conspiracy, it is nothing new and not worth wasting precious time worrying about if you do beleive and trust in a higher power.

don’t get stuck in fear and paranoia.  There is nothing to be gained by fear.
